Genbu (玄武 Genbu), also known as Genbu the Green Titan and Genbu the Wise, was one of the four lords of the Burning Dawn.
Biography[]
Gebu made his first move against the Azuma when Ayame tried to save Lady Kei and Princess Kiku from Gohda Motohide. Ayame met him again when she beat Wang Dahai, a chinese pirate who kidnapped innocent people. Genbu invited her to join, but Ayame reject his invitation. Their final confrontation came at the lower deck of the Fire Demon. Genbu affirmed his loyalty to Lady Kagami and engaged Ayame in a battle to the death, which he lost. He did not fall down when he died with a smile on his face. At this, Ayame lamented "Goodbye, Genbu the Wise, Lord of the Burning Dawn".
Abilites[]
Despite being the most dim-witted of four lords of Burning Dawn and his ninja skill leaves much to be desired (he winds up humiliating himself in front of Ayame when attempting to escape her grasp by getting stuck in a window), Genbu is a mighty and strong ninja in his own right. As moderate as his skills with his signature twin fish-shaped bludgeons seemed to be, his blows are nonetheless no joke, for his stocky stature bellies great strength and resilience.
